Cryogenic Vacuum Pump: A cryogenic vacuum pump is a high vacuum acquisition device based on the condensation pressure reduction effect of gases, which condenses condensable gases onto cold surfaces and adsorbs non-condensable gases onto cold solid adsorbents, thereby reducing the pressure in a sealed chamber. Cryogenic vacuum pumps are widely used in the large-scale integrated circuit and pan-semiconductor industries, where they play an irreplaceable role in photolithography, etching, ion implantation, physical vapor deposition, and the coating processes of curved screens for mobile phones, providing the necessary high vacuum conditions in the aforementioned industries.
